Common Questions

Before You Enquire

Do I need any prior knowledge of finance or psychology?

No prior knowledge is needed. The course is written in accessible language and uses everyday examples. The exercises work with your own personal history, not with abstract financial concepts or psychological frameworks.

How much time does the course take?

Each module is designed to be completed in a single focused session of approximately 60 to 90 minutes. The three modules together therefore represent roughly three to four hours of engaged work, plus the time you choose to spend on the practical steps between modules.

Is this suitable if I am currently working with a therapist?

The course is educational in nature and is designed to complement, not conflict with, other forms of support. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, you may wish to let them know you are undertaking this course. The course does not constitute therapy and does not require you to engage with any clinical process.

Can I access the materials after completing the course?

Yes. All formats include lifetime access to the written course materials and workbook. Many participants find it useful to revisit specific modules at different points in their lives as their financial circumstances or awareness evolves.
